An American guy that lives in Cluj has a blog called I’m More Romanian Than You. He’s written a visitor’s guide to Romania and is now making an accompanying documentary. This is the second episode, composed of interviews with foreigners visiting Romania, and it’s really interesting.
Also, it’s filmed in Cluj and MEOW I miss it.

Aniversarea
Today is the one year anniversary of my departure to Romania.
Now that it’s summer and I have a lot more free time on my hands, I’ve been thinking a lot about Romania, and I miss it very much.
Celebrating the Fourth of July yesterday in Washington, D.C. with friends was such a contrast from how I spent last year’s Fourth, packing, stressing, and spending quality time with my family before I would leave them.
Now I have a family in Romania: a church family and a family of friends that I miss as much as I missed my real family here while I was abroad. I also have a country that I am proud to know and love as much as I know and love the US.
I hope to be back in Romania as soon as possible.

AUDIBLE GASP this was one of our favorite hangouts in the summer, home of the most beautiful and delicious lemonade in the world. It’s also beautiful covered in snow. Gosh I miss Cluj.
